I`m not sure if i understood it right. 9% in your site, meaning you are willing to pay 9% fee?

Well. If that is right, i can do this trade with you with 7%. But we need to make it in 2 trades. because as per now i have only $500+ in Neteller.
Or. We can make the entire amount, you just need to send first (anyway you need to send first) and wait 30-60 minutes or maybe a few hours to recive money in Neteller.

If you don`t trust me, we can make smaller trades like $50-100 or even smaller. You decide.
