I can name 3 or 4 off the top of my head that accept Paypal from members for rates much lower than you'll get from people who aren't really exchangers such as myself.

I've dealt with marcos258, lihuajkl, bitspender, etc. I wrote lihuajkl and got a price. But he hasn't given me an address to send him payment yet. I dont wont to use the previous address we used without his permission. We maybe in two different areas of the world.
It seems extremely fool-hardy for you to include the name of someone you scammed in with people you've done business with.
Personally I hope they open proper scam accusation threads against you so that DT can tag you for what you've done, but I wish you the best of luck regardless if your intentions are genuine.
