you will get a lot of responses like this and others with what appears to be very good rates however it will very much be a bad idea to send first to most people but instead should use a trusted escrow service that will protect both parties equally. Also if someone claims to be willing to accept PayPal then PayPal's buyer protection will not protect you with digital items, you would need to lie in order to reverse a PayPal transaction
I think`s that too that paying first is a very bad idea . however i said him that tell me where to contact you so i can give him OP detail he will contact directly and they both use escrow which will be very easy . also i dont think if he is willing to pay,if the OP is] paying through paypal.

I have done multiple transactions with Haploid but he hasn't logged on in the past month.... So as title says I need to find someone to buy BTC from. Has to be a good seller and no negative feedback! If all goes well I'd love to make you my new BTC guy hahaha
