To avoid chargebacks you can use a mule account over a proxy/VPN, making sure to delete your cookies first.
I plan to stay on bitcoin's and buil trust on this forum. I don't do reverse payment. I have few transaction's made and payed with PP. You will never see a scam tag near my name. I guess that everybody say that, but time will tell. 
Beware of PayPal reversible transfer services.
If trusted member i can send first, if not we can use escrow.
