10000yen is ~100usd
200 mio usd/100usd=2mio banknotes
1 banknote is ~1g
So 2mio banknotes is 2 tons weight...
Maybe you want to meet at starbucks and hand over 2 tons of cash ...

I am very sure your offer is not serious, it's a scam attempt done by a third world scammer who has never held even 10000usd in his hands.

I am sure there is no one reading this and being a whale.
Why would anyone do that? There are safe ways to exchange even this huge amounts. But not in this forum.
