1) Max per transaction is a couple thousand, no store where cash is picked up will have 10k just sitting around.
2) The fees for sending / receiving anything more than a couple hundred are always at least 5-10% so expect to pay $500-$1000 in fees.
3)No way you will be able to do one transaction and guarantee that your payments WILL be reviewed by WU / MG and good chance canceled honestly.

Dint know the limits, so i can do bank transfer to any bank on the usa only (citybank, hsbc prefered)
