My suggestion would be to buy the PPC direct on BTC-E. It's a reputable exchange and it's easy to setup an account and no worry of someone else not sending. Low fees too.

I trade ore buy amount minimum 200 to amount maximum 250 Peercoins.. I pay use Bitcoin or Litecoin, Commit to use escrow for safe trade. I trade pure p2p after BTER piece of shit incidant.
After this sucess trade I might want more peercoin on weekend but I worry time on weekend if need.
