Been having good luck (with 1 exception which was an obvious scam - my bad) from sellers on CT. Have bought 4 cards in the last month and all were and still are good for the longterm. Won't name names because I don't want to be accused of being a shill for any seller but I just look for high positive ratings and ignore the few negative ratings. I usually use escrow but it's really meaningless with these things. The cards I get I want to last for 2-3 weeks and not use right away so escrow is useless beyond actually getting the cards. So far all but one (and that seller is gone) has been problem free.
