There are handful of people here that could conduct escrow for you. Escrow, unaffiliated third party, would receive payment from the buyer and coins from you and then send them out to the opposite person. Document the transaction in a thread here so it's public, which ensures proof that the person you choose for escrow is involved in the transaction.

Make sure you choose someone that doesn't have any controversy or negative trust in their past.

Here's a list of well known and verified escrow providers on this forum: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcointalks-escrow-providers-ranking-blacklist-avoid-scam-276897

Using escrow on this forum is a very tightly controlled business, it's practically regulated. The community won't let new members offer escrow services very easily (I know because I've tried and been denied and ridiculed for even thinking about it). While that may be bad for competition and fees it's good for maintaining security for the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Thanks. My coins are ungraded, but kept have been kept in safe deposit box for years. I'm the original buyer from Mike in 2011. One Error coin and one of the very first, and only, 2011 Series 2s. Thinking of selling them as a pair, but not sure where to price? Pretty 6 BTC for both? More?? Thoughts? Thks.

Ungraded, you would be very lucky to get 6. (top graded also would be a stretch for 6). Feel free to drop me a PM with pics, I can have a look and see what I think you could get based on condition

I have one of those and one of the 2011 Casascius Series 2s. Would like to sell both of them, ideally at once, but I'm unsure of how to conduct the transaction with assurance that I won't get scammed some how. Feels like the best case would be to meet in person at the bank where I keep them in the safe deposit box and conduct the transaction there. Here's a pic: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/skibum-80893 The other coin is same quality. I bought them directly from Mike in 2011 and they've been sitting around ever since.

Thanks for the replies.

I saw that one - I think 3 BTC is a little pricey for me, so was hoping to see if any offers came in.

Honestly, 3BTC is a pretty solid price. That MS-67 sold at full ask really easy.

I have a 2011 Series 1 (Error Coin) ANACS graded MS67 I plan to list for auction this Sunday.  If you make me a reasonable offer I could be persuaded to skip the auction.

Looking to buy one of these for a friend sometime this summer.

Please let me know if you have one for sale and what you are looking for it.

Graded / Ungraded is fine as long as it is in good condition. Pictures are a must.
