Looking to buy £28 worth of BTC in the UK, using a UK Bank Transfer.
Not done this before, hoping this small purchase will help me get established both in the market and community.
First confirm you're selling, then we can talk over Skype or even over the phone to hash out the details and rates.

Want to recieve the Bitcoin to my Blockchain wallet, so people will be able to see it all go through.

They/we can see any transaction. All transactions are recorded on the blockchain. Make sure to use escrow on all currency deals.

Escrow on what? On 0.02btc?
Really?

Good advice though.

With trusted sellers u can go ahead and no one will risk his trust being ruined for so small amount.

I've seen people get scammed out of smaller amounts than that. If you're happy to not use escrow then that is up to the parties involved, but don't put it past someone to try steal your £12 of BTC.
