I did have a backup of the auth keys but I can't find them. I don't use LBC too much so It never crossed my mind. I would be able to load up authenticator on bluestacks if I could only find my auth key! I wasn't aware that I could just make another account because aren't they all verified to your identity?
Edit: I made a 2fa removal request on the 5th feb. It takes 2 weeks and I can't be arsed to wait that long!

I have locked myself out of my LBC account because I sold the phone that had 2 factor auth on! 
Hero member selling a phone and forgetting it had the 2fa for his lbc account on it and also not having a backup of the codes? Seems unlikely, but possible I guess.
Why don't you just open another account on lbc to purchase the 2 btc??? The current cheapest prices range from £150 - £154 for bank transfer and £156 for cash deposits.
You know how lbc works obviously and so also know it would take you less than 5 minutes to sort this out and it would be in escrow and cost you no fees?
