Is there no secure way to buy Bitcoins and not provide Identification? I would love to use Bit-x or Localbitcoins but they all need ID. And this forum has some sketchy people and if someone is selling some Bitcoin they will charge quite a lot more than Bitcoins actual value.

It depends on your country. The method varies a lot depending on your location.
But if you offer WU and other non-reversible methods you will find somebody to sell.

The sad thing is that Western Union is very difficult to use in my country.

If you can share your country we could help you better.
Otherwise you can use localbitcoins without providing your ID. You'd be less trusted but if you use escrow you'll be fine.

Okay. Thank you for the help. I will speak to some people in real life about Western Union and I will also give localbitcoins a look. Locking the thread.

equinox maybe we can work something out, later, but I will do small amounts as is safer, also if you can sell bitcoins, then we can trade as partners

$300 in bitcoin, I will use PayPal. If you are unhappy with paypal we can use escrow.

How would using escrow solve the problem that PayPal can be charged back several months after the purchase?

If he pays from balance there's no possible chargeback.

If you pay from paypal balance I can hook you up.

No, you are wrong. With paypal is always possible to make a chargeback, from the internal balance or with the linked credit card or bank account. It is very very insecure for sell bitcoin.

Do you know of any methods that are safer? I would hate for any problems for a trade.

Sure, irreversible methods like western union, money gram, cash deposit in bank account, etc. Also have a trusted escrow hold the bitcoins for your protection.

I might sell you but here're my rules;
- You'll send paypal to my account
- I'll send bitcoin to a trusted escrow
- After 6 months when I'm sure that you didn't chargeback (Paypal's chargeback policy says it can be done in 180 days / 6 months).
I'll give a go to the escrow and you'll get your bitcoin.
