Reported post for being garbage. As far as the exchange request from OP, I don't believe it got done either and this forum is just crazy with respect to all the alts being used to deceive. It's even worse when it comes from a gambling site admin.

Yeah please post tx, I don't believe one bit. Lowest rate I found was +10%. Whoever traded with him let me know, I've been looking to trade some $ from paypal since coinbase is taking forever..

Your PayPal is escrowed by PayPal, you can reverse it, you don't need escrow. But....good luck in finding someone who wants to take all the risk for free..
