What do you mean, by 10% premium? Are you charging a 10% commission, so we would trade at the rate of bitcoin - 10%? If so I doubt you would be getting any interested buyers/sellers.

As title says, visa money transfer can be sent to over 170 countries and money sent is converted to your local currency. You can use a visa credit card, debit card or reloadable prepaid. Escrow only.
