Is this Litecoin? then why don't you buy it on exchanges? there are plenty of exchanges that support Litecoin. There are some of them that won't require you with any KYC and that's why it's better to purchase this popular altcoin on those.

there are people that don't wanna deal using KYC but also there are small transaction in legit exchange in which not asking for KYC.
