I think if you put delivery confirmation on a small First Class padded envelope (any padded envelope with a First Class postage-paid label) and maybe add a piece of cardboard for some stiffness it should make it cross country in 2 postal days. I had my first cash in mail receipt do this, but no cardboard, just padded envelope. Cash transfer seems to be popular lately. My Online banking isn't allowing international wire transfers at the moment so Mt Gox is out of the question, and I am too far from civilization to stop by the branch office.
If there is a reputable seller in the US that'd be great. I could get it out tomorrow. Only what is the safe way of sending cash through the mail - I've always heard this is dangerous as it could be intercepted by a dishonest post worker for instance?
