Why not cash deposit? You'll find sellers much easier. Doubt anyone here is gonna accept a check.

CIM is not convenient for me at the moment.


Cash in mail and cash deposit are two different things. How exactly do you plan on getting this cashier check to buyer?

BTW, most are aware of check fraud and know funds can be reversed later after posting to bank account when the check comes back as fraudulent.
