Because this is forum with good people who want to educate other new members who many not be knowing about how people can scam with reversible payment processor. There are many cases who cheated for even small penny so no one want to deal with paypal and senior members want to warn others as well so they will post on each thread when new member ask exchange with reversible payment method.
