Paypal? Visa preloaded card?
I will tell you right now that neither of these ways will be accepted by anyone who half-way knows what they are doing. Both PayPal and Visa are very easily reversible while bitcoin is not......as a result anyone selling bitcoin to someone via these methods to someone who is not reputable is more likely the not going to get scammed. A much better solution would be to buy bitcoin with methods like western union, walmart to walmart, money gram, and other methods that cannot be easily reversed.
what service do you use ?? Paypal? Visa preloaded card? Other ways?
