Another really nice option is the Allsteel #19 chair. I like the adjustments lightly more than the Aeron, and the base moves easier. Of course for $1,300 the damn chair should be massaging my butt when I sit in it. And I only paid $100 for it brand new... one of the joys of living in a city where really good deals fall off the back of trucks on demand when you know the right rep.

Have you considered the Health Chair? I have been debating between an Aeron and that.
I have Prime and the Aeron appears 'eligible for Prime' if it is 'Fulfilled by Amazon' and there are a few B's that fit that description; so free two day shipping.

That's the chair I use at my office. Didn't know that was the name of it though. Only difference I see is that mine has the lumbar pad and not the posture fit. Anyway, I can tell you this chair is awesome in every way. Keeps me cool on the days that get hot in the office. Great for sitting in and coding all day. Also, not sure if your a big guy or not, but I am 7' & 280lbs and this chair fits me great, probably the best fitting office chair I have used yet. Anyway, good luck on getting it.
