I have the certificate and it's a direct buy. It's sealed and you can check that the pub key is laoded.

They said they use a cryptographic methode to show the case is legit but if they can't be reached I guess it would be hard to check. I will not sell it for less thant 5 btc  Wink

How much would you offer for jeanne d'arc ? (I will probably not sell it but I have one)

I bought it 2 years ago. Directly from alitin with certificat. I was surprised by the emmission number (34) that was very low. The coin was on sale for almost a year.

They sold really bad. I don't know why. I would love to ear from alitin how much where minted and sold. Should be 600. But not sure what hapened to the majority of "not sold coins".

(First pics in google image are my coin Wink )

I can't reach them anymore. Probably that is the reason, coins sold too bad so they closed that shop. Pity, as they are the nicest mint out of all. I'd buy your coin for 1.5 btc, if you will have some other price in mind let me know Smiley I won't go too high though, as the risk of this coin's PK being scanned exists and is I think more real than risk of tampering with a hologram.

I think very few sold and I'd doubt if they actually made the entire posted run.

update: bought Titans from Michail, thanks! Still looking for Alitins.

Did you find a place to buy Adams (Alitin)? Would be interested to get a few more.

Yes, but I have not ordered yet. Did some research, seems trustworthy, so I would get one from him if no other options (prefer to avoid overseas shipping): https://www.cryptodechange.com/product/alitin-silver-adam-smith/

piramida will have the first option if/when I sell one of mine.

Thanks! I am sure it will become an instant rarity when Tim publishes info on those.

The new ones exist.  Very limited run - I have some.  I would suggest you get them - if possible.

Care to elaborate? Smiley

Titan produced a new series of coin.  Gold version and Silver version.  Both are 1BTC funded coins.  I don't know the quantity produced of each; however, I am SURE there is a very low mintage of Gold.  I 'believe' a Gold or Silver will end up on BCT very soon for auction or sale.  Smiley

piramida will have the first option if/when I sell one of mine.

You mean a new coin that is not listed on their site? Or the currently listed 1 BTC silver and 1 BTC Gold?

https://www.titanbtc.com/product-category/titan_bitcoins/

Be odd if he released a new coin without adding to the site or at least announcing it on the forum.

Titan seems to be no longer in business as well, probably the same issue for them.

Titan is still in business.

FWIW, Titan will be releasing a new series of coins "soon" as per Tim.   So @op you may be able to get some Titans soon.

Thanks, good info, I'm definitely keeping an eye on them. Anybody knows why Joannes are so rare? It seems they were both a 600-issue series.

Not sure, especially since they were 1BTC as opposed to 2BTC for the Adams. It's a real bummer they went out of business as they are really unique in both mint quality and the fact that they had the private key engraved on the rim as opposed to just a hologram like everyone is doing.

I also heard that from Tim, new coin release, however it was a few months back and was supposed to be end 2016.

That would be cool. Back when Alitin was still in business, they told me they were working on a 3oz Gold BTC coin, so wish they had finished that.

3Oz Gold I'm sure it would be nice but pricey...  Shocked

I own all of the Titan coins and Alitin coins. In my opinion, the Alitin coins are the best I've seen among all crypto coins. I did have contact with them about 2 years ago. They were forced to shut down due to US Gov money transmitting laws. Titan seems to be no longer in business as well, probably the same issue for them.

Yes, these do look great on pictures, and the fact that they are out of business is why I started this thread. Do you have any for sale or just 1 of each in your collection? Particularly looking for Joanne, others I have some idea of where to get already.

Unfortunately no, I have two of each but I'm keeping them for my personal collection. I should have bought more as they were very pretty cheap at the time.

Thanks I did not find an option for unfunded purchase, seems that is the default. I will be using your service!

Just to clarify, the payment is taken in entirity for the coin (funding included), the coin is sent unfunded, when you receive and inspect the coin, go ahead and confirm the receipt of delivery (via. the codes on the printed and emailed invoices), the funds will then be sent to the address of the coin.

This is very much akin to how the original suppliers sold seller-funded coins during 2014 and earlier, I am not sure if it's still done in this manner. Our intentions were to become an EU distributor for Casascius, Titan, Alitin, etc, but in turns out that I'm one of the only Titan suppliers left with unopened rolls (unless I am mistaken)

Hi Tommy thanks, I have read through this forum. He's unfortunately in GB, shipping loaded coins to US will be a problem.

Hello!

My stocks are unfunded/funded upon delivery, we acquired them from Alitin and Titan in 2014 under the agreement that we will ship and fund them in the same fashion as they did. There is also free worldwide shipping. This greatly reduces the liability of shipping funded coins, as well as any customs issues with coins that hold funds.

Thanks I did not find an option for unfunded purchase, seems that is the default. I will be using your service!

I have an Alitin Adam Smith, funded with 2 BTC and contains COA.  It's something I would consider offers for if you want to shoot me a PM.  Shipping would be from within the US.

Alitin never responded much to emails so it may be difficult to contact them.  TitanBTC hasn't been on the boards for some time.  Both may be difficult to reach.  I've met both companies in person at a Bitcoin conference in NYC and both products are very nice.

This site sells some Titan and Alitin:

https://www.cryptodechange.com/

the user, cryptodechange, is also a member of the forums.

If you read his thread, it looks as though people have vouched for him.

Will buy both issues - Adam Smith and Joanne. Also looking for silver 1BTC Titan. Please show what you have and whether you have a fixed prices or want an offer. Preferable if in US.

Can also trade for Casascius coins (1 owner) if in person.
