Normally, it's the buyer that pays the fees for escrows. Your probably not going to get a cheap code if you aren't willing to pay for the escrow due to the seller having to cover the fees of the escrow.
There's some legitimate services which offer to purchase things off amazon directly without giving you codes, and charges a 3-5% fee. If you change your mind on paying for the escrow, I might be able to purchase some codes for you, but I won't be selling for anything lower than face value. Otherwise, I'll have to cover the escrow fee + face value.
