WBK cards don't allow Bitcoin related transactions anymore, you have to find a more secure way to load it. You would also have to buy it in bulk, the max amount is around $3500 USD, daily withdrawal limits of 200USD. There isn't much cards that allow any higher limits without verification AFAIK. 
you can use BIT-x, Card, with out verification, But there is little problem, you have very little, monthly cash-out limit.

I am looking for an anonymous ATM card for withdrawing bitcoin privately.
I don't mean a bank account with dollars, but a BTC card I can deposit to with a good exchange rate and then withdraw within the EU.
Not sure if this is possible but I've had similar ones before which worked well. If it was you please contact me.
The cards would need to be capable of holding a few thousand dollars at a time with a withdraw limit of at least $500 daily.
I can print track1 and track2 so it wouldn't need to be physically delivered.
