You can use this card anywhere, but a residential address in EU is required, also a reasonable proof you really live there (copy of your ID card / passport etc) is required for lifting the newbie limit of 100€/month.

All identification can be done online? It also offers online banking / online portal?
If so please send me some more information about it via e-mail. Like expiration date, max amount per year charged etc.
Also the cards have an online panel to check balances and transactions made with the card (on- offline)
