it could be better if you make report of what you got scammed by him. im think he is new acc of developerx11
i dont do f2f. there is escrow in here to to avoid missing meet. people ask me to send them money to buy ticket and they not come. other case i go to seller country but never meet them. so to avoid that i just do escrow. even i go to seller country i have to check account first before i go
