Hi, looking to buy credit card for verifying adwords account.
98% of the VCCs in the market gets blacklisted during the MANUAL billing verification after 3 days by the google rep. The VCC will get added first but during the manual verification it gets blacklisted. Most of the BINs are blacklisted by google and virtual cards are on the dead end side of google. I have seen it all.
