Hello people. I can guarantee his codes are probably sourced from craigslist scams and other fraudulent activity. He then buys the codes from brokers and re-sells them here which is why he is willing to take such a large hit.
Someone thinks they're getting a 2010 Ford Focus for 3 grand and all they have to do is go out and buy 3k worth of PPMC codes. No joke. Then this guy resells the codes.
So, take them at your own risk. You may end up getting chargebacks, your paypal accounts closed or investigated for fraud by the police.

If they are 1 person that loses btc or fiat to this person, you actually deserve it. Nobody in their right mind is going to deal with this user the way that Paypal runs their operation. You might as well pack it up and go home cause nobody is gonna lose money to this.

You are all idiots, nobody will try to forge a receipt when he can really obtain the codes, bought with real cash or debit card(the same as cash). If it was obtained fraudulent or not, this is his problem and the one who will redeem it. Very hard to prove the involvement of the guy who redeem it in the scam, because he did it with good faith and enough proof that is was legit(receipts). Also, the codes bought with debit card cannot be canceled, because only debit cards are accepted and the transaction is done and money took at the cashier. IF you will have enough brain to read the back of the PPMC card, you will see that no refund is possible. About the paypal problem, that they can block the transactions is true, but is very hard, because once the receipt was sent to paypal, the account will be unblock and the money can be cashed out to bank account.
I hope that now i resolved all the idiots problems, that don't know to read and think. This is a forum and if someone post a message you are free to chose if you can resolve the request or not.

Its not his problem when you enter the PIN into your account. Its then your problem. Or if bought with a credit card he can reverse the transaction, saying his credit card was stolen. Then you, the buyer are screwed out of $500.

7 eleven receipt was paid for with card. Just because it says "cash" doesn't mean anything. No change from the transaction and "acct # *************" meaning credit/debit card.

He is obviously not using cash. Idk if the receipts are fake or if he is embezzling money from cvs (or 7-11 or ect) or if he is doing some scam where he buys something with a credit card, returns it and tricks the clerk into saying he paid with cash.

Just out of curiosity, why would you take a 15%+ hit by going through PayPal Mycash when you can simply send cash-in-mail to various highly trusted members here and receive coins at a much much lower rate? Seems awfully wasteful and inefficient to me.
