How is this possible when the SSN is tied to the person that opened the account? Lets say I sell you my account, and you commit mass fraud with it. Then I'm the one going to jail, not you.
You be suprised how easy it is to make bank acccounts with false ID etc.

Picture ID is not the concern, it's the SSN, which is what ties you to the account.
So say you sell one of your BOA accounts to OP, and he does something illegal and gets caught. You're getting the heat, not him, because it's tied to your SSN.

Why do you want to buy a BOA account ??,,. i am assuming they (BOA) have branches globally, so you can find a branch in your state/Country !!
