I want to buy BTC or LTC (NMC is also ok) with Payoneer, directly to your Payoneer card. There is no fee for both sides and you can spend money 2 minutes later, or withdraw them at ATM. It is not reversible.
Price from BTC-e + 2%, fee on me. So you will get full amount.
I will send payment first if you have very good reputation here. Otherwise you send first.
