I thought paypal disputes only ran 45 days? Not paying by credit card, it's paypal balance (if that makes a difference).

Anyways, if that's the case I'll just deposit it and eat the exchange fees.

Eat the exchange fees. Even if you find a seller, most want 10% or more above market price with paypal. Then you have new members who will try and con you into sending first and then disappear after they've received and moved the funds around.

I've been buying awhile with paypal and even I have a hard time finding people willing to sell at a decent rate.

Hi all. I realize this is frowned upon, but I'm interested in buying BTC with my PayPal balance from selling off mining equipment.  I am looking to buy $US 800 worth, and I'd be willing to use an established escrow member and keep BTC in escrow as long as necessary to avoid chargeback concerns.

My reasoning for wanting to purchase directly instead of just depositing funds and using an exchange is I am in Canada, and by the time the multiple currency conversions take place I'd be further ahead dealing direct.  Willing to pay 5% over Coinbase spot rates. Post here for interest, concerns or offers please.
