-Cash in Mail (free + tracking included always + 2-3 days)
-Money Order (free 2-3 days)
-ACH transfer (free however long ACH transfers take)
-Wire ($50 fee usually 1 business day or same day)
-PayPal (free 1 day)
-Amazon GC (free 1 day)
