Thanks but Virvox has a better rate.. Yeah I know that chargebacks are possible via Paypal but since I get most of my cash there, I will find something. Thanks anyways!

Escrow is not going to help unless you agree to have BTC held for at least 6 months due to the chargeback risk that extends that period.

I would recommend that you withdraw your PayPal money to your bank account, withdraw from your bank account and then buy BTC with cash
