Anyone transacting for Paypal please use escrow. It is not safe for either side to go first in these types of transactions and you will only attract newbs trying to scam with offers like these.
i agree on this, very risky op should build up here first before trying to do dangerous deals.

you do know paypal can easily be reversed... in other words, you could easily pay somebody with paypal, accept the bitcoins, make a paypal claim and get your paypal funds back?
With a new account, your chances are slim somebody will be able to do this for you (altough there are some people that sometimes take a chance on somebody, but it doesn't happen to often)...
I would suggest virwox => high fees, but you'll be able to exchange PP to BTC (if you PP acct is verified)
