Is not OKPay a reversible payment method like PayPal ?

OKPAY don't accept credit cards so far. Point is that OKPAY payments are non-reversible.

IMHO skrill reversible only if amount loaded via credit card. about net I not have info.

Skrill is reversible regardless of the source of funds. I ve had a $50 chargeback some 3 years ago, and the money wasnt from a card.
