Also that's not BS. That's the most secure way to exchange paypal and bitcoin.

Already been repeated a millions times . But will do it again.

Paypal, sending through anyway is prone to being charged back . But since you are looking for only, I think its a safe amount, assuming, you don't do a lot of 20$ trades within the 45 day period.

I don`t know if you can chargeback if you send as gift but if you say so...I belive you. I am sending funds from paypal balance (not from attached card) so it will be even harder to chargeback.
