BUMP, I have done a $26 USD and $30 USD trade with this user, no issues so far!!! 
Will offer 200$ USD if doing Skrill, or will offer 100$ USD/CAD if doing Paypal. Those are my limits for today, but I will do more later if all goes smooth. My Paypal is verified, and I've done two successful trades on this forum so far.
