You have roughly a 0% chance of someone legitimately selling BTC to you for PayPal. Experienced members usually aren't able to find anyone selling for PayPal, let alone someone who just joined.
I recommend withdrawing and then purchasing via cash or bank transfer. Make sure to deal with a reputable member to avoid getting scammed. If that's not possible, try Virwox.
