You would struggle to find anyone who would legitimately sell you a TH9 account (of any quality) for 0.04 BTC.

To put that in dollar value terms, assuming BTC was at its peak observed trade value ~$1200, you would be handing over $48 worth of coin for something which takes months to achieve. Today's trading dollar valuation would be $10.40 - pitiful I'm afraid.

Do you have a particular set of criteria of TH9 that you are looking for?

That is WAY too low for a th9. People sold each other th7s and th8s for that price. It depends OK on how developed you want the base as well.

That is WAY too low for a th9. People sold each other th7s and th8s for that price. It depends OK on how developed you want the base as well.
