I know it is rare board but I found UT P45-T2RS here on Bitcointalk.
Small shops sometimes have rare things. 2 weeks ago I found batch of Core 2 Duo E8700 CPUs in local computer shop. But they cost about 200$ each. They are even more rare than Pentium 4 Engineering Samples.
It is likely that someone have this board here because in bitcoin mining the multiple full size PCI-E slot boards are very common.

Dude you can't just barge in and ask for a specific thing. Like shit, we have what we have, that's like running to a local computer store of small caliber and asking if the have a Pentium 4 Engineering sample. But , I'm going to just let you know(just incase you think you're getting lucky) that I haven't seen anything about this motherboard on his section of forum for the whole 11 months I've been lurking it. Best suggestion is ebay.
