Dota 2 is a game by Valve and It's available on the Steam gaming platform. (It's Free2Play)
I have an account and I can create how much I want to , the problem is the score (as you can see , looking for accounts with +7000 MMR) which you will need a lot of playtime to reach it . thanks though

I'm not sure honestly because since the reborn update , It became kinda shitty to level up with that trophy system and it became harder because before we could level up faster then now and we should be 13 (level) to play ranked matches . So that's why I'm buying a high MMR account
