Yes, there are a few versions kicking around
Softcover
- Normal. Available on CoinFIRM & Amazon (cheaper on CoinFIRM)
- Signature; signed by Casascius & authors, numbered 1-20. Sold out.
- First print; signed by me & numbered 21-100. Sold out.
Hardcover
- Autographs Edition; signed by 25+ manufacturers & numbered 1-20. Sold out.
- Makers Edition; signed by me & numbered between 20-50, but only a fraction were made. Some might be available at a high price.
- Normal. Available on CoinFIRM & Amazon (cheaper on CoinFIRM)
- Error Normal; maybe a dozen or so exist.. Not available.
- Error Premium; maybe a dozen or so exist.. Not available.
There is no 3rd Edition forthcoming at this time, but I intend to re-start that process in some capacity. Would love for a 3rd to come out in time for Christmas.

I'd like a print copy of this book. Not looking for a high-value collectible version, just the straight up Amazon-available print. There are objects for 80€ on amazon, but if anyone on here can ship one to me in Germany for a similar price I'll take it.
Are there multiple revision prints of this?
EDIT: realized author is forum member. If I get a second-hand sub-80€ inc. shipping from here, author gets a 20% appreciation payment as well.
