isnt there more risk for the person who has the account cause they have their info all in there etc.
obviously the seller erases all personal data before making the sale.

Selling an eBay account isn't recommended. eBay track all IPs so if you logged in first from your IP and then the account is flagged for suspicious activity, eBay could place a ban on all accounts with that associated IP

Ebay is VERY lenient when it comes to fraud and scams. It's paypal after all. Buyer wins almost every chargeback that's false, no doubt they'll win one that's legitimate. Plus, it won't take too many scams till Ebay shuts down the account forever.

Totally agree with what you say , I look for an account with 10 points to avoid minor limitations , I do not really look for an account with many points but have an excellent ''view point'' as an account with many points can be used easily for scams I have a ebay account with exactly 10 points I'll sell you for $10 dollars. Good question I didn't really take into consideration you could scam with a seller account. I never heard of it happening.
