. so far one bit he wants to much or wont meet me .I refuse to pay shipping or willing to pay 35 + shipping, just wont go over 50 $ either way . I just bought two fully working S3 one was a little more then what he wanted and the other one was his cost for the controller and both are running right now, with no issue

I have a S1 controller with it's cable, just need the power board and cables to run it as a S3.
