Same question as ask by adaseb why don't you used some legit exchange like poloniex? Maybe you can lessen some fee's out there and also you can make sure that you are not buying at scammers. But anyways whatever intention what you have you must remember that there are so many frauds outhere and you must be carefull at them and also don't let them stole your money.
