It's like buying or selling under the market price via paypal,skrill etc..
I want to buy 5 ETH at 0.03 rate with bitcoin,it's risky for me to buy ethereum at 0.034xxx
can you give me a reason on why would someone choose you to deal with their ETH if they can sell it to exchanges with much higher price?
