I would like to buy a European prepaid credit card. I can't buy one in the US and use it outside the US.
I plan on using it to buy web hosting services across Europe that, unfortunately, do not accept Bitcoin through gatesways such as Payoneer, Skrill, and 2Checkout. In some cases it requires a name for the card.
I do not need the physical card, just the numbers as I will be spending it online on digital goods.
