Make an account with Transferwise, they will give you a debit card, you can withdraw EUR, USD, GBP, etc depending on what country you are from.
Transferwise gives you IBAN accounts for every major country currency, before going to the ATM , exchange the money that you have on that card with your country currency.
The Euro account is from a very good german bank.

PayPal is the number 1 payment processor, but TransferWise is very good.
