Did not knew Austria had ID registration as well, that explains quite a bit.
Got Spain already, but looking for more suppliers of course.
Portugal would also be of interest.

I'd require EU SIMs, preferably able to ship bulk quantities.
Hit me up for any country, as long as the price is fair; I'm interested

No balance required.
Sealed / unused would be best, with the ability to do EU Roaming.
