When buying these accounts I would ask you to be careful, you can get screwed over very easily. I would advise against buying an account on this forum.

Hello I am looking to purchase a US PayPal that is fully verified with no holds or limitations.
The account needs to have a bank + card linked
It should not have any 21 day holds on money received
Should have transaction history
