I want to get a gaming laptop or powerful laptop, something that let's me work as Dev (MySQL) or render something little in 3D.
Not too big, more like a Razer Blade sized (12, 13, 14 inches), Intel 6th CPU > preferred.
Asus, Razer Blade (Normal & Stealth), etc.
Something below 700$, doesn't matter if it's used, just make sure it looks good and it's in working condition.

I have the MSI gaming laptop Apache GE72; it has a GTX 965M inside of it and I think it sounds like it should meet your needs fairly well. I periodically boot it up to recover old files, perform updates, maintenance and the only problem is that it needs a new screen. My roommate dropped her keys on the screen and now it doesn't work. I used to play games on it lightly, games like PUBG, H1Z1 and a few other higher end productions. It's in great condition, works fine, nothing internally wrong or malfunctioning.
The only thing that sounds like it may not fit your criteria, is that the screen may be a little larger than you're asking; I'm pretty sure it's 16'' if I'm remembering correctly.
For the most part the laptop was used for gaming, school, light-streaming and small work projects. I'm wondering if it would interested you to negotiate this, it can handle the kind of things you're looking to do with it and as I said the only problem is needing a screen replacement.
I'm watching the thread, feel free to respond here or shoot me a PM if that works better for you; I'm flexible on the price, just want something fair. You can pick the escrow, I honestly don't mind who it is as long as they're a regular, and preferably one of the "official" escrows. I'm also very close to you, as you mentioned NY/NJ I may to able to meet in person for you to take a look and verify everything yourself. I still have the original box that I could ship it in as well, always kept it in case I needed it for storage or something like this.
The laptop was about $2,000 new, but I would definitely be interested in accepting a price closer to what you've laid out.
